Noelia Mas

Noelia is a graduate in Biotechnology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She began her professional career in research, gaining scientific experience at the University of Valencia and KU Leuven, among others. Working in a laboratory gave her with first-hand insight into the research environment and helped her to discover her interest in applying scientific findings outside of the lab. To specialise in this area, she completed a Master's degree in Research and Development in Biotechnology and Biomedicine at the University of València. Since then, she has focused her career on technology transfer, combining her scientific training with a market and business perspective. At Viromii, she currently leads projects primarily in biotechnology and healthcare. As a senior member of staff, she supports the team with decision-making, project development, and resolving strategic issues. She also contributes to the ongoing training and mentoring of new recruits.
