Noelia Mas

After her BSc in Biotechnology, Noelia worked as a researcher at her local university, Universidad de Valencia, and at KU Leuven, but soon realised the lab bench was not for her and looked for other ways to support the research effort. That is how she entered the tech-transfer world and studied an MSc in Biosciences Innovation, finishing with a thesis evaluating tech-transfer efficiency across biomedical research institutions. At Viromii, Noelia works as Project Manager and trains the new members of the team.
