The company needed to better understand a specific therapeutic area in order to decide if whether or not they should enter this new area.
First, the pathology was evaluated, studying the prevalence, epidemiology and guidelines to treat it.
Then, a competitive analysis was done, studying the product portfolios of competitors, as well as pipelines and drugs under development.
In addition, a more detailed study at the pathology level was performed, in order to identify pathology subtypes, future trends, etc.
The information we gathered was used in a workshop with the company. The workshop was delivered by one of Viromi’s Nordic partners.
