Steps we took

First, the specific profile for the M&A candidates was defined. This included the stage of the company, therapeutic area focus, technologies and type of molecules they were using and financial information.

Viromii searched on specialised databases and directly contacted experts within the industry. We also prepared a list of the best candidates and all other relevant information.
Results
The list was presented to the customer, who picked the most relevant candidates for them. After doing so, the customer initiated conversations with some of the companies that we found.
